Agroecology is one of Ayni's pillars.

We understand that, just like a living organism, the Earth must be cared for, and one of the ways that care can be expressed is by planting of without pesticides. Our school has a space for cultivating the Earth that follows concepts of permaculture, agroforestry.  

The spaces for cultivation and honoring the Earth are integrated into the school and considered as educational spaces available to children. The food grown in our space is used at the school and sold to the community of families and project participants. In the future, part of the food will go to Ayni's Restaurant.
