Our Vision
A society in which awareness is expressed as care — for oneself, for children, for our ancestors, for all living beings and for the Planet.
Our Mission
Through real, disruptive settings in education, economy and agroecology, to inspire and encourage a new relationship between human beings and themselves, their purpose and, as a consequence, their surroundings.
What we believe
We believe that a human being reconnected with their essence — with a sense of privilege for the species they belong to and the planet they inhabit — relates in a more conscious and honourable way to children and to their ancestry.
Our pillars
Education
We invite adults to inner work. To reflect on life. To reconnect with their essence. And from there, to build a new relationship with children. We work on the education of adults; the children we leave in peace, to be who they are!
Economy
May the principles that sustain today’s economy be increasingly directed towards the greater good. May the profit from products and services be used to improve the world.
We believe in a conscious economy, where business owners put their skills and the driving force of their companies at the service of others.
Agroecology
A relationship of honour and respect for the land. An invitation to reconnect with the energy of nature and to feel how it resonates in human relationships. To honour the land is to honour the feminine, to honour the mother.
To care for the land and for the children of the land. That is our message!

Our goals as an institution:
Education
A municipal school system somewhere in Brazil adopting practices inspired by Ayni as public education policy.
Economy
Through our hotel, coworking and event space, to inspire new businesses that can sustain purposes for a greater good.
Agroecology
Through our growing system, to inspire producers and consumers to remove pesticides from food production.
That our educational practices with families and children are possible in any school, in a process that begins with inspired individuals and may end in laws and public policy.
Education begins with work on the adults who surround children, so that they can let children be themselves — in environments of safety, trust and presence, prepared with great possibilities for discovery.
That we can produce food in abundance without harming the Earth.
That disruptive scenes, which do not follow the age-old status quo of any social base, cause an unconscious movement towards higher awareness — greater than any direct message or speech.
At Ayni we believe in being open to an economy based on gifts and donations, while also having a structure of products and services that generate resources to sustain the project.
We believe businesses can exist with a purpose for the world, and not solely for the financial accumulation of one or more people. For us, the financial sustainability of a project is one of the most important parts of any initiative.
